We all know that CBS’ science fiction crime drama, “Person of Interest” Season 5 had an intriguing finale and now its global fans and followers are still passionately looking forward to season 6. Even a campaign was kicked off to express the support for a spin-off or another season so that showrunners and producers never stick to a decision if ever to cancel the series.

A campaign to urge “Person of Interest” Season 6

Christian Daily recently reported that the last plot is expected to tease a new story angle of much-anticipated “Person of Interest” Season 6. One notable point is that the computer (known as “The Machine”) recruited Joey Durban (James Carpinello), a former soldier from season 1. He first made his appearance in the series’ title “Mission Creep.” Apart from this, the series characters like Harper Rose (Annie Ilonzeh), an opportunist con artist from season 4, and Logan Pierce (Jimmi Simpson) were also recruited in the finale.

Nevertheless, the news outlet also talks about a fan who filed an online appeal through the popular petition website Change.org. The title of his petition “Save Person of Interest!!!” is quite straight and hit to the mark. It was also reportedly addressed to the series’ original broadcaster CBS including others like WGN, Amazon, and Netflix.

Campaign to demand the extension of “Person of Interest”

The campaign is aimed to claiming the extension of the series and enthusing the producers and showrunners to work on “Person of Interest” Season 6. Apart from this, the campaign also spreads the message of a high demand to keep all the regular characters of the series. The petition has already been signed by over 50,000 supporters across the globe.

A few months back, “Person of Interest” creator, Jonathan Nolan expressed in a few words that were adequate to say "No" to a possible spin-off.
