Developed by Valve Corporation, the multiplayer online battle arena, "Dota 2" is presently undergoing plenty of alterations in its gameplay. But the unfortunate fact is that the current modifications in "Dota 2" have weakened the abilities of some heroes in the game. 

What are the recent changes in "Dota 2"?

One of the biggest alterations in the much-lovable "Dota 2" includes the introduction of new Talent Trees. According to Kotaku, the recently released GIF portrays Phantom Assassin at the left side hurling a dagger at right-sided Nyx Assassin. The dagger attack of Phantom Assassin is invincibly strong. Towards the completion of the fight when the hero is wholly powered, it (the dagger) can bring severe damage and take lives of foes easily from a distance.

On the other hand, as the GIF depicts, Nyx Assassin is able to fully reverse the mode of game by altering consequence of the attack. This is now only possible due to the recent changes and refurbishment been accomplished in "Dota 2." In other words, the hero is in a dicey state as the dagger may double the damage on him. However, prior to this update in "Dota 2", all the heroes had their own abilities added with three separate stats. The player used to score one point from each (new) level for dumping into any ability or any of those stats.

"Dota 2" recently reached 3 billion games

The much-acclaimed "Dota 2" is now an immensely popular video game across the world after successfully hitting a major milestone by creating a mammoth 3 billion game lobbies, as recently confirmed by IGN. This was played on the SEA (South East Asia) servers, and the milestone was achieved after scoring 86 kills and lasting for 44.04 minutes. It's a sort of breaking all previous "Dota 2's" records.
