"NCIS" Season 14: Ellie Bishop Is Devastated After Qasim's Murder

Qasim Nassir, (Rafi Silver) who was the new man in Ellie's (Emily Wickersham) life was murdered in Episode 11. The ghastly incident took place after Ellie Bishop asked him to translate a recording that involved Kai Chen (Bruce Locke).

The latter was responsible for spreading acts of terror, so that the stock market could be manipulated. Meanwhile, Agent Moreau (Claudia Christian) was sure that the homicide took place since Chen did not want to see Qasim translate that recording.

Just a few episodes ago, Ellie had confessed that she was in a relationship with Qasim. It was when her brothers came to the town to find out who her date was.

Initially, Ellie's brothers thought that she was dating Gibbs. But they were much relieved to find that she was in a relationship with Qasim.

But the tragic incident left Ellie completely shattered. She had already suffered a lot in the past when her husband cheated on her. She had eventually opted for a separation from her husband.

"NCIS" Season 14 Episode 16 will see Gibbs' team conduct an investigation on a case linked to Chen. The episode is titled "A Many Splendored Thing" and will mark the return of Mary Stuart Masterson. On the other hand, agent Nick Torres (Wilmer Valderrama) could show how good he is at pick-pocketing.

Meanwhile, BuddyTV came out with the synopsis of Episode 16 that states, " Bishop is more determined than ever to seek revenge for the murder of Qasim, her late boyfriend, after Gibbs and the team find a new lead in the Chen case. Also, Torres teaches the agents the art of pick-pocketing."

Episode 15 was a crossover with "NCIS: New Orleans", where Abby does some serious introspection to find out that she has no qualms about being bad, Entertainment Weekly reported. But she regrets her actions when she becomes a victim of a monstrous plan.

On the other hand, McGee and Torres proceed to New Orleans and meet an old foe. They bumped into him while working with the local NCIS team to recover a crucial playbook titled "How to be a terrorist," which had earlier vanished.
