British singer Adele managed to bag five awards at the Grammy's last week. The singer managed to stun the crowd, not only with her voice but also her stunning physique with her olive green Givenchy dress. The singer managed to shed a lot of pounds, making her look healthier and more energetic.

Adele rocked the red carpet where she got her fans asking what her fitness routine was. The singer reportedly worked real hard go look and feel good as she trains with one of the best celebrity trainers in London. She works with London's popular KX gym in Kingston, with her professional trainer, Pete Geracimo according to Daily Mail.

Adele opened up how tough it was to go to the gym, stating that she does not enjoy it. She did, however, mentioned that she loves doing weights. As for living the life in the fast lane and staying healthy on the other hand, Adele's trainer, Geracimo stated that balance is important.

'We all live hectic busy lives," Geracimo stated. "There are not enough hours in the day to get everything done. We need to find that balance where we take care of our responsibilities to our work, family, nd friends. We also need to make more of a conscious effort to take care of ourselves."

Aside from living a balanced life, Adele's trainer also revealed that one of the most reliable exercises one would adopt is the body-weight training. He mentioned that it is not necessary to go to the gym every day to perform the body weight exercises. He then mentioned that one of the most practical parts of the regimen does not need exercise equipment as one's body weight is already ideal to provide "more resistance" to have a superb workout routine.

Geracimo also mentioned that stressing the body with body squats, push-ups, pull-ups and plank and other circuit routines can give the body an ideal overall workout. As a reader, have you tried body-weight training? How did it go? Do let us know your thoughts through the comment section below.
