Fans of the hit TV drama, "The Vampire Diaries" Season 8 are feeling bittersweet, as Nina Dobrev and Ian Somerhalder complete the episodes for the season finale. 

How about Nikki Reed? A report from People confirmed that Nikki Reed is supportive of her husband, Ian Somerhalder and Nina Dobrev. The "Twilight" actress even stated that she and Dobrev are good friends despite the rumors that they were fighting about Somerhalder.

Nikki Reed, Nina Dobrev, and Ian Somerhalder even went out for a dinner together a few weeks ago. Nina Dobrev took to Instagram and shared their phot,  saying how good it was to spend time with the married couple.

Meanwhile, Nikki Reed also shared the trio's photo on the same social media network with a lengthy caption. She stated that her silence made the people believe that she was really not in good terms with Dobrev.

"I now see that silence was taken as an opportunity to fill in the blanks with even more falsities, and juicer stories, and we, yes WE, believe we have a moral responsibility to young girls to end that narrative, because at the end of all of this, those young girls are the ones who lose," Reed said.

Nina Dobrev and Ina Somerhalder dated, while they were working together on the first few seasons of "The Vampire Diaries." The two then split in 2013 and was followed by Nina Dobrev's exit from the said TV show. Ina Somerhalder then started dating Nikki Reed and got married in 2015.

The ex-couple reportedly remained close friends even if their relationship did not work out. Reports stated that the 28-year-old actress even helped Somerhalder deliver his dog Nietzsche’s puppies.

Delena Gets Married

Korea Portal claimed that Nina Dobrev and Ian Somerhalder's fans were thrilled to learn that former will return to tie the knot with her ex-boyfriend on screen. Delena will have a happy ending in the season finale and the publication stated that they are preparing their character's wedding.

Nina Dobrev, Ian Somerhalder, and Nikki Reed already proved to everyone that the feud rumors are not true at all. The ex-couple will get married in "The Vampire Diaries" Season 8 finale but that does not mean that they will rekindle their past romance.
