It seems like Taylor Swift's rumored ex-BFF, Selena Gomez is really wanting to start a new chapter in her life. The Weeknd's girlfriend already listed her Texas mansion up for grabs, at a low price.

A report from Observer suggested that Selena Gomez is selling her mansion in Texas at a very low price. Selena Gomez reportedly bought the home, so she could spend more time with her friends and family in the area.

Taylor Swift's Friend, Selena Gomez Sells Home

The "Good For You" singer purchased the home for a total of $3.5 million back in November 2015. Gomez even said that it was her dream home. “The media room won me over the minute I walked in,” the "Hands To Myself" singer said.

Selena Gomez's friend and roommate in Los Angeles, Ashley Cook told a Texas blog that Gomez is very busy and that she ended up spending holidays in the Texas mansion. Ashley Cook even admitted that she helped Selena Gomez furnish the house. “She [Selena] is so busy, she ended up only spending holidays there,” Cook states. “Her work schedule takes her all over the place. But she really loved hanging out with her family in that media room.” 

Selena Gomez believed to have listed the Texas mansion for $3 million only. It is a two-storey home with three fireplaces in a 1.56 acres. Reports claimed that she used to spend time with Swift in the mansion.

Selena Gomez And Taylor Swift Broke Up As BFFs?

On the other hand, fans are reportedly worried that Selena Gomez and Taylor Swift are not best friends anymore. Rumors claim that the former BFFs are on a feud mode, because she is dating the ex-boyfriend of Gigi Hadid's sister, Bella Hadid. Taylor Swift is reportedly forced to take sides, per X17 Online.

As of this date, The Weeknd's girlfriend, Selena Gomez and Taylor Swift are yet to confirm the feud rumors.
