One of Netflix’s most awaited series, “Jessica Jones” Season 2 is not expected to touch the small screen before 2018. Although, here we have some serious spoilers that can change the fate of season 2 that never took place in previous episodes of season 1.

The return of “Men In Black 3” actor, Mike Colter as Luke Cage in “Jessica Jones” Season 2 is almost confirmed and he may not give up his disrupted relationship with Jessica Jones (Krysten Ritter). It looks like this is a very important part of the plot to lure viewers.

Will Luke continue his romance with Jessica after knowing she murdered his wife, Reva Connors (Parisa Fitz-Henley), a psychologist at Seagate Penitentiary? This is surely the biggest question for the viewers waiting for “Jessica Jones” Season 2.

Will Luke Forgive Jessica For Killing His Wife?

Nevertheless, with the aftermath of Jessica’s confession to Luke that Kilgrave’s (David Tennant) mind-controlling abilities forced her to kill Reva, there is still a possibility of romance between them in “Jessica Jones” Season 2, as reported by The Christian Post. Jessica also expressed her grief after realizing her guilt and Luke is expected to understand that she had no power in herself to neutralize Kilgrave’s super power.

Some reports say that it will be a difficult task for the scriptwriter to have another villain having the same impact as Kilgrave in “Jessica Jones” Season 2. But still there is a possibility that this time the noble characters will combat with the evil powers of a small number of antagonists instead of one super bad. Showrunner Melissa Rosenberg previously shared her opinion that no one would be successful in beating David Tennant as Kilgrave.

According to Den of Geek, Rosenberg is all set to have “Jessica Jones” Season 2’s all 13 episodes directed by women, what she disclosed while talking about the augmenting representation behind the camera. However, since the series is expected to air anytime in 2018, fans can watch more of Luke and Jessica with other companions Danny Rand aka Iron Fist (Finn Jones) and Matt Murdock aka Daredevil (Charlie Thomas Cox) in “The Defenders”, scheduled to appear in 2017.
