Is Sterling Archer Alive In “Archer” Season 8?
There is no trace of doubt that the recent trailer release for “Archer” Season 8 has highly inspired fans to stick to the updates regarding the series. Some fans previously considered that the self-centered master spy Sterling Archer (voiced by H. Jon Benjamin) met his end in the previous season, as we all had seen him facing down in a pool and he looked like he was no more. However, according to the assumptions suggested by the sub heading of “Archer” Season 8’s title “Dreamland”, it seems the season is going to be the dreamland of Sterling Archer while he is in a coma, as reported by Facts Herald.
Sterling Archer Will Face Tremendous Challenges To Demolish Crime
The source also suggested that the upcoming “Archer” Season 8 features Archer having a detective look to find out the culprit who killed his partner, Woodhouse (voiced by George Coe) in 1947 in Los Angeles. The synopsis for the upcoming season states that the case will be proved more difficult for Archer than ever expected by him, as viewers will find him constantly drowning in a deadly game of war between L.A.’s most powerful crime heads.
The synopsis revealed by Bustle further suggests that Archer will gradually move away from his goal despite getting relevant clues and digging deeper into a mystery that involves drug addiction, kidnapping, and prostitution. Apart from this, it is also revealed now that Archer’s mother, Malory (voiced by Jessica Walter) is the head of ISIS. Fans earlier knew that she was a supervisor but now it is revealed that she is the biggest mobster in Los Angeles.
“Archer” Season 8 will premiere on Wednesday, Apr. 5, 2017 on the FXX network.
