Windows 10 Update For PC Users
The Windows 10 update could likely be released this upcoming Apr. Nevertheless, this will not take place for all Windows 10 devices at the same period. The top priority for Microsoft's update are the PC users. The Windows 10 mobile update will be coming soon.
The Microsoft company is expected to comply and finalize the work for Windows 10 Creator Update on or before this month ends. The Creator Update is probably to have Windows 10 build version 1703, as stated in MSPoweruser.

But the reverse happened, when last July 29, AU released for the Xbox One and later on Aug. 2 for PCs, along with HoloLens. Another one released later on Aug. 16, which was for the phones, according to Neowin. The Windows 10 Creator Update is going to release to the production channel this coming Apr.
