'This Is Us' Star Milo Ventimiglia Reveals Why He Is Not Keen To Play 'Wolverine' In Place Of Hugh Jackman
According to the latest news, Milo Ventimiglia, the star of "This is Us" is not interested in portraying the character of "Wolverine" to take Hugh Jackman's place. Though many actors are keen to play the part of this iconic character, the actor is apprehensive of stepping in.

Ventimiglia confessed that it will not be easy for him to follow the way Jackman portrayed the character in "X-Men." It is interesting to note though that Ventimiglia lent his voice for "Wolverine" in the animated television series, which had the same title.
When TV Guide asked the actor whether he would like to wear the claws of this mutant character ever on the big screen, he expressed his reluctance. However, Ventimiglia did acknowledge that there are several actors who would love to portray the character.
The actor added, "When you think about Wolverine and trying to do something different or better than Hugh Jackman, it kind of is tough to imagine stepping into those shoes."

Meanwhile, Jackman had already said that he will not be seen in the role of "Wolverine" in the future. The latest "Wolverine" film titled "Logan" will be the last time he has played the character.
Incidentally, the film garnered rave reviews from both critics and fans alike. The movie has managed to earn a whopping $237 million in the global box office, since it had its premiere just last week.
Jackman took to Twitter last weekend and shared a clip of some "Wolverine" fan art. He also took the opportunity to thank all his fans who had supported him always. Jackman has been playing the part of "Wolverine" since 2000.

Viewers of the NBC hit series "This Is Us" have had reasons to shed tears on several occasions in the last 16 episodes, Ventimiglia, who is seen in the role of Jack Pearson, advised fans on how to handle the emotional scenes in the current season.
The actor suggested that fans should not watch the drama alone. He also revealed that though the episodes are full of drama and emotions, they are in a light mood on the sets.
