"The Good Fight" Season 1 Episode 4 saw another character from "The Good Wife." Meanwhile, this CBS legal drama has weaved President Donald Trump into its plot, thus raising the stakes.

"The Good Fight" Season 1 Episode 4 Recap: Intense Court Room Drama

It is certain that Mike Kresteva (Matthew Perry) will be a troublemaker for Kolstad, Boseman, and Reddick. Incidentally, Kresteva had made his first appearance as Alicia Florrick's nemesis in "The Good Wife."

Krestava was the leader of a DOJ task force in the spinoff to take action against the brutality cases of the police force. Although, things were not quite smooth for him then.

The character's initial plan was to file a lawsuit against RBK, which is in charge of most of the police brutality cases. Kresteva summoned Adrian Boseman (Delroy Lindo) and Diane Lockhart (Christine Baranski) in front of the grand jury.

However, Krestava lies about their meeting while Diane gives a testimony in front of the grand jury, Entertainment Weekly reported. In response, Diane retaliated by calling Krestava a liar.

On the other hand, Luca Quinn (Cush Jumbo) requested Colin Morrello (Justin Bartha) to help him with Krestava. He also explains the Attorney General what Krestava is up to. Colin also warns that pursuing after a law firm with predominant black employees could see the government in a tight spot.

Thereafter, the Attorney General asks Krestava to either find some different issue or drop the suit. Although Krestava decided to drop the lawsuit, he is unlikely to stop.

"The Good Fight" Season 1 Weaves The President Into Its Stories

"The Good Fight" has been in the news for interweaving issues on President Trump into its story line, CBS News, wrote. When the CBS All Access legal drama made its debut last month, Diane Lockhart (Christine Baranski), who is shown as a supporter of Hillary Clinton quivered, as she watched the swearing in ceremony of President Donald Trump. There was another episode where a member of the predominantly all-black law firm, is mocked by his colleagues when he admits to his boss that he opted for Trump while voting.

Tune into CBS All Access this Sunday for the next episode of "The Good Fight" Season 1.
