While fans await for more news and updates about the "Sons of Anarchy" spinoff, Charlie Hunnam talks about his secrets of staying fit. Here's what he does.

A recent report from Page Six said that the "Sons of Anarchy" star, Charlie Hunnam talked about his secret. He also admitted that he makes love as often as he can to stay fit.

Charlie Hunnam Makes Love To Stay Fit

“That is an important part of fitness,” Hunnam said. “There is no reason you cannot be active at 70. I want to run up mountains at that age.”

Perhaps, many women would love to help Hunnam in that particular exercise, however, he has been off the market for more than a decade. The actor is happy with his long-term girlfriend, Morgana McNelis. who is a jewelry designer. The couple even bought a ranch back in 2013.

“We are supposed to be very active animals,” Charlie Hunnam added. “It is our DNA. Sweating is how I change my oil every day. I just feel happier, more positive, energized, and disciplined if I work out.”

Hunnam Not In Spinoff Cast?

Hunnam might not be starring in the "Sons of Anarchy" spinoff, but he is currently busy in his upcoming films such as, "Papillon" and "King Arthur: Legend of the Sword." Although, he will not be in the TV spinoff, he admitted that he will be supporting the story.

Enteratinment Weekly revealed that the 36-year-old actor even gave some details about the spinoff. He said that whatever Kurt Sutter is producing for the spinoff makes him excited. He believes that Sutter is a great writer and that he has an excellent vision and voice for the story. “I think that the idea is that they are going to focus on Mayans, so it is exciting," Hunnam spilled. "I will certainly be tuning in.”

The "Sons of Anarchy" spinoff still does not have a release date.
