Last week, Hello Games launched a new update for "No Man's Sky," titled Path Finder Update. The newest update for the space exploration game is a major upgrade, from when the game first launched back in Aug. last year.

There are improvements and additions to the game that can be found in the Path Finder Update. In fact, Hello Games' Path Finder Update now has an additional patch that enables vehicle exploration anywhere.

"No Man's Sky" New Patch

According to VG247, Hello Games recently released a new patch that enables Path Finder vehicle exploration anywhere. Last week's Path Finder update lets gamers get their hands on some ground vehicles that let players explore planets. This wasn't enough for players, however, as it was only limited to ground exploration. That's why Hello Games went ahead and created Patch 1.22.

"No Man's Sky" Patch 1.22 lets players craft Exocraft Geobays on any planet, enabling them to be summoned anywhere. Previously, the Exocraft Geobays can only be summoned on the player's home planet. With the Patch 1.22, players can also use the HUD markers, which have been added to easily navigate back to an Exocraft Geobay.

What Else To Expect From "No Man's Sky" New Patch?

There are also several fixes included in Patch 1.22 for "No Man's Sky." First of all, the new patch addresses a bug that causes vehicle weapons and mining lasers to not drain charge. As per Gamespot, it also addresses an issue that causes the Starship cockpit to disappear when exiting, as well as freighter door texture issues, rare crash issues, and weapon misfire issues with the Plasma Launcher.
