However, The Weekly Shonen Jump magazine also recently revealed that the anime series will end with episode 500 and it will mainly focus on Naruto and Hinata’s marriage. However, it did not reveal whether or not “Naruto Shippuden” will be aired after Mar. 23, per Droid Report.

Anime lovers will be excited to know that the wedding preparation continues to be focus in the upcoming “Naruto Shippuden” episode 499. According to MStars News, fans might see Kakashi in an almost frightened mode, as the Naruto-Hinata’s wedding is knocking on the door, whereas Sannin will be seen coming back to Konoha. The website also hinted that the wedding event will be shown in “Naruto Shippuden” episode 500 and that is going to be end of this long-running anime series.

While considering the expectations of Naruto fans, chief director Noriyuki Abe and director Hiroyuki Yamashita ensured that the discontinuation of “Naruto Shippuden” is never like betraying anime lovers. “I’ve inherited the epic tale of Naruto and the souls of its gigantic cast of characters. And, at the same time, I awakened myself to this new era and this new protagonist’s story,” Noriyuki Abe opined, as reported by Comic Book.

Hiroyuki Yamashita further categorized viewers into two types. One group of viewers expects lot of good things from “Boruto” and the other who are new to the series. The upcoming “Boruto: Naruto Next Generations” is going to be presented in such a way that the series attracts both type of viewers and entertains them to the fullest.
