The initial trailer of the flick introduced a new character, Balthazar Bratt (Trey Parker), who is the new baddy.

Balthazar is a moonwalking arch nemesis and a mulleted former child star, who is obsessed with the role he played during the Regan era in the 80s. Apart from Carell, the other voice cast includes Miranda Cosgrove, Kristen Wiig, Jenny Slate, Steve Coogan, and Julie Andrews.
