Shokugeki No Soma Chapter 207 Recap

The latest "Shokugeki No Soma" chapter on Manga Stream introduced the lineup for the first battle between the two groups. Soma's team will include four new members with the addition of Isshiki's fellow ex-Elite Ten members.

Following the defeat of their teammates, Soma and the remaining members decided to go against their enemies. This time, four returning characters will be part of their group.

The new team will include Satoshi Isshiki (7th seat), Terunori Kuga (8th seat) and Tōsuke Megishima (3rd seat). Soma's former enemy Subaru Mimasaka will also join the rebel side.

Isshiki revealed that he is doing everything to help his younger friends. However, if everything fails, he suggested farming as an alternative route. Kuga and Megishima, on the other hand, are pumped up to take their seats back.

In one of the scenes, Kuga noticed that First Seat Tsukasa did not participate in the first round. There is a chance that Kuga did the same thing. However, the manga has not yet revealed if there will be a battle between the two in the future.

Soma and his group continued to experience the cons as members of the rebel team. A brainwashed Erika showed them their headquarters which looked like a jail cell.

The "Shokugeki No Soma" chapter also revealed the participants for the first round of the Regiment de Cuisine. In Chapter 206, Erina Nakiri previously shared that it will be a 3 vs 3 match. Soma will join Isshiki and Megishima in the battle. They will face off against Nene Kinokuni and two other recruits from the Central.

Kinokuni currently takes the sixth seat in the student council. Considered a "jewel" in the industry, she is an expert when it comes to traditional Japanese cuisine. She is also skilled in cooking soba dishes. Kinokuni said that their battle will have the same outcome. She is very vocal that she will win against Soma.

Kinokuni also told Soma to pick the main ingredient that they will use because of this. Lucky for him, Soma accidentally got soba out of all the possible choices.

Despite the mysterious awkwardness between them, Kinokuni began to showcase her skills as the dumbfounded rebels watched. Soma, on the other hand, wanted to make an instant yakisoba instead. "Shokugeki No Soma" Chapter 207 ended with a silent standoff between Kinokuni and Isshiki.
