It was a big moment for the hit TV series "Poldark," as it bagged another big prize. The show was crowned as the HD drama program of the year in the TRIC (Television and Radio Industries Club) Awards, Pirate FM News reported.

This Cornish period series has been filmed in various places across Duchy. In fact, TRIC is an organization that was set up as the "Radio Industries Club" when broadcasting was in its early days. The aim of the organization is to promote goodwill for those who are engaged in the field of communication, video, audio, and their allied sectors.

"Poldark" Star Aidan Turner's Ross To Face Tougher Challenges In Season 3

Actress Heida Reed, who is seen in the role of Elizabeth has posted a photo on her Instagram account, which grabbed the attention of fans, The Christian Post noted. The picture appeared to have been snapped during a post-production process with Reed in it.

Fans will recollect that Elizabeth's pregnancy was the big revelation in "Poldark" Season 2. But the paternity of the baby is uncertain as of date. It could be either Ross (Aidan Turner) or George (Jack Farthing), her husband.

The previous season saw Ross being unfaithful to Demelza (Eleanor Tomlinson), his wife. She found out that he had cheated on her but forgave him eventually. Will the episode have a big impact on season 3?

Tomlinson had earlier teased that there will be plenty of challenges before Ross and Demelza. But the couple will also have their fair share of romantic moments. After all, their love and marriage have gone through a lot of ups and downs.

But, it also appears that Ross is not completely immune from Elizabeth's charms. He may still miss her, especially since his arch rival George gets married to Elizabeth.

BBC is yet to declare the premiere date of "Poldark" Season 3.
