'Suits' Season 7 Already In Development

According to Opptrends, the spinoff creation has already started and Aaron Korsh is developing it. The source said that the primary focus of "Suits" Season 7 will be on Jessica Pearson (Gina Torres). Earlier, it was thought that she would die in the final episode of the last season.

However, Korsh came up with another idea to retain Jessica on board for "Suits" Season 7. Prior to it, the finale of the sixth season mostly focused on the come-down of Mike Ross (Patrick J. Adams). The episode revealed to viewers that Rose is a fake lawyer and hence will be jailed.

But one of the sources stated that Korsh might as well bring him back for "Suits" Season 7 by coming up with a new twist to the story. After all, he does try to defend himself while facing the ethics committee. According to Ross, it was his desire to become a lawyer, although he could not acquire the official position and title in real life.

Jessica was the special person who helped Ross get the license. Now that she is returning for the "Suits" Season 7, the character of Ross is getting a second chance as well.

Jessica And Mike Back In Action

It is Jessica who saved Mike in season 6 from the clutches of Anita Gibbs (guest star Leslie Hope). Anita joins the ethics committee with an intention of not letting Mike in, reports Hollywood Reporter. However, Jessica makes a surprising appearance at the last moment and seals a deal by convincing Gibbs to change her mind.

Now in "Suits" Season 7, Mike will be a full blown lawyer living his dream and working with Jessica again back in Chicago.
