There was a doubt if “Gilmore Girls: A Year in the Life” is submitting its final episode titled “Fall” as a standalone movie. A poll result came out with 68 percent viewers agreeing to it, saying that “Fall” should be submitted as a television movie.

Positive Indications From Netflix’s COO, Ted Sarandos

The poll created by Gold Derby shows how the viewers of “Gilmore Girls: A Year in the Life” passionately want the final episode to be in the form of a standalone television movie. On the other hand, new updates on a possible second part of the sequel to “Gilmore Girls” surfaced when Ted Sarandos, the chief content officer for Netflix disclosed that they have been in talks with the director and executive producer, Amy Sherman-Palladino and Daniel Palladino.

The 52-year old Sarandos further opined that the network officials are already aware of the global hype of “Gilmore Girls: A Year in the Life” Season 2 that it has successfully created among the viewers. Hence, he and his management are hoping for the positive reply from the Palladinos.

Who Made Rory Gilmore Pregnant?

Few viewers were disappointed with the revival’s ending that showed Rory Gilmore (a freelance journalist played by Alexis Bledel) revealed to Lorelai (Lauren Graham) that she was pregnant. Although it was not disclosed who had fathered her child but fans predict Logan Huntzberger (Matt Czuchry) with whom Rory stayed while working on a book for the eccentric Naomi Shropshire (Alex Kingston), reports The Christian Post. Despite having a relationship with a French heiress, he did not restrain himself from sleeping with Rory whenever she used to be in London.

Milo Ventimiglia, who played the role of Jess Mariano recently revealed that she won’t reprise his role if “Gilmore Girls: A Year in the Life” Season 2 is returns on screen. However, it’s still not known who will replace her - or if the showrunner will maybe kill off her character. We will have to wait to know more.
