According to Daily Mail, the reality star has been served with yet another summon for stealing an image of a man and using it on his online dating profiles. The source said that he has received the summons to present himself in the courtroom of Los Angeles on May 15.

He will face DJ, Matthew McCarthy who has made these accusations against Josh Duggar. Incidentally, just days after McCarthy accused the father-of-four of the fraud, his wife Anna announced that the couple was expecting their fifth child together.

This is not the first time Josh Duggar has been accused of such an offense. Almost two years ago, he was accused of molesting five minor girls when he was a teenager.
