Kate Middleton Says Motherhood Is Challenging And Rewarding; Here's Why
Kate Middleton recently told an audience that motherhood has brought her challenge yet she still regarded it as a rewarding experience. The Duchess of Cambridge recently talked for the Best Beginnings, a charity partner of Heads Together, a royal campaign arranged for mental health awareness.
"Becoming a mother has been such a rewarding and wonderful experience. However, at times it has also been a huge challenge - even for me who has support at home that most mothers do not," Kate Middleton said.

Kate Middleton, who is a mother to Prince George, 3, and Princess Charlotte, 1, said that motherhood is not something a woman will be prepared of. She added that motherhood brings exhaustion, fear, mix of joy, and love, adding that there is no right or wrong. She added that a mother just have to give the best way she can.
"For many mothers - myself included - this can, at times, lead to lack of confidence and feelings of ignorance," she added. Kate Middleton also reminded every mothers that it is normal that they find motherhood as difficult. She knows that silence is not the way out of dealing with the hardship, but seeking help is important, NY magazine said in a report.

And in case that one needs help in dealing with their mental health, she advised them to seek professional help, saying that this is important so they can look after themselves while taking care of their kids, Today said. During her pregnancy, and even after giving birth to Prince George and Princess Charlotte, Kate Middleton was faced with a number of speculations that she suffered from post natal depression.
Before delivering her message, Kate Middleton acknowledged the recent terrorist attack, involving an assailant who killed three people, including a cop, outside the U.K Parliament. She led in sending the thoughts and prayers to people who were affected by the attack.
