It is common knowledge to Team Flash that Savitar is an actual person and not a god. The million dollar question now is who is under that mysterious armor. Meanwhile, it appears that Barry and Iris will not be married before "The Flash" Season 4.

"The Flash" Season 3: Mystery Behind Savitar's Mask

Grant Gustin, who portrays the role of Barry Allen told Entertainment Weekly, "They need to figure out who he is first," the actor added, "They don't even know where to start."

Meanwhile, Andrew Kreisberg, the show's executive producer said that "Catching him could provide the key to Savitar's identity." But, bargaining with this bad guy could not come cheap.

Spoilers tease that Barry might have to go to the future to seek for answers. Kreisberg was teasing "The Flash" Season 3 Episode 19, which is titled "The Once and Future Flash." The EP said, "Barry is going to realize that the hunt for Savitar's identity might not lie in the present, which will take the show in a fun and interesting direction."

Some interesting theories have come up to tease that the villain could be Wally's future version. Viewers will remember that Savitar had said that it was he who created himself. So, is there a possibility that he is Barry's future version?

Now, that could be a real twist in the story. It is expected that when the identity of the person under that mysterious mask is revealed, it will be a real game changer for the "The Flash.' Kreisberg was asked to tease one significant thing from the season finale. It made the EP respond, "You're definitely going to cry."

"The Flash" Season 3: Barry And Iris Have To Wait For Their Wedding

In other news, fans are aware that Barry and Iris were re-engaged in the recently concluded episode of "The Flash." However, it appears that the couple has to wait until season 4 to get married.

Candice Patton shared some interesting tidbits about the relationship and nuptial details of the duo, Just Jared Jr. wrote. Patton said, "I think the relationship aspect of West-Allen is going to be on the back burner towards the end of the season."

The actress added that, "Only because they have bigger issues to deal with and more important issues to deal with." She further said, "You know, they're engaged, they're happy, but any kind of wedding details might have to wait until season 4." Now that could be of course subject to Iris making it to the next season.
