Incidentally, the 36-year-old actor praised his partner during the Golden Globe acceptance speech almost two months ago. However, reports revealed that the relationship between Ryan Gosling and Eva Mendes is now allegedly beyond repair.

According to insider sources, "The Notebook" star is reportedly upset with his wife for not being there to support him at the prestigious Academy Awards. The source also added that in public, Ryan Gosling and Eva Mendes only have good things to say about each other. However, in private the actor reportedly believes that she is being selfish.

Interestingly, while Gosling was enjoying one of the biggest nights of his life in Hollywood, Mendes decided to pick the same day to come out with her new clothing line in another part of the United States. When asked why she was not with her partner, the mother-of-two said she likes being with their daughters, reports Daily Mail.

According to reports, things are really not going well between Ryan Gosling and Eva Mendes, especially after the 43-year-old model decided to skip the Oscars night. The source said that Gosling was also spotted alone at the SXSW.

The actor has been supportive all through the relationship but now it seems Mendes is allegedly ready to take the final step. Reports indicated that she is in talks with a lawyer.
