On July 18, 2018, Marvel fans will witness the sequel to the 2015 hit, "Ant-Man." The upcoming sequel will be titled "Ant-Man and the Wasp," wherein Evangeline Lilly's Hope van Dyne A.K.A. The Wasp will get a bigger billing than the first movie. One of the characters that also caught the attention of moviegoers was Michael Pena's Luis, whose personality added to the appeal of the movie as a whole.

Recently, the actor admitted that he hasn't been called back for "Ant-Man and the Wasp," but apparently, that has changed. In fact, Hawkeye might be joining the film too.

Pena Will Be Back For Sequel

According to LRM, Michael Pena confirmed for sequel titled "Ant-man and the Wasp," which arrives in 2018. The actor said of his upcoming projects that he will work on the Universal film "Extinction" first before doing "Ant-Man" part 2.

This means that fans will get to see more of the quirky Luis, as he tags along in Scott Lang's adventures. It seems like the film is shaping up to be an interesting adventure, as Hawkeye might be joining the film too.

Hawkeye Might Be Part Of Next Installment As Well

As one of the more underrated and under appreciated Avengers, Hawkeye has been a supporting character in "Avengers," "Avengers: Age of Ultron," and "Captain America: Civil War." Recently, it was confirmed that Jeremy Renner's Hawkeye will be part of the highly anticipated "Avengers: Infinity War."

The actor even took to Twitter to share a snap of himself, as he went on to work on the film. Now, Screenrant reports that Hawkeye might be joining "Ant-Man and the Wasp," which arrives next year.

Jeremy Renner, who also has a role in the "Mission: Impossible" franchise, was forced to opt out of the sixth installment, due to scheduling conflicts. It is most likely that such scheduling conflicts were caused by his commitments to the Marvel Cinematic Universe. "Ant-Man and the Wasp" will arrive in theaters on July 18, 2018.
