‘Yuri!!! On Ice’ Season 2 Spoilers: Yuri Plisetsky Saves Yuri Katsuki From Quitting Career; Series Now In Production

The release of Japanese sports anime television series, “Yuri!!! On Ice” Season 2 is expected to be done anytime this year. The series was able to win hearts of anime lovers in its first season and now every fan is passionately waiting for the premiere of the second one.

Based on some reports, the demand of anime enthusiasts was highly welcomed by its director Sayo Yamamoto and writer Mitsurō Kubo. It was added that the team is all set to finish the ongoing production for “Yuri!!! On Ice” Season 2, with the earliest possible air date in 2017. However, it seems fans will have to wait for few more weeks to get the official release date of the anime series.

Yuri Katsuki Will Be Trained By Viktor Nikiforov In “Yuri!!! On Ice” Season 2

Now, moving on to the spoilers of “Yuri!!! On Ice” Season 2. The main storyline will actually focus on the relationship between and Russian skating champion Viktor Nikiforov and Japanese skater, Yuri Katsuki. However, after losing to Yuri Plisetsky in the Grand Prix Finals, Yuri Katsuki has set up his mind to give up his career.

But it was Plisetsky who finally insisted Katsuki to not abandon his beautiful career. Katsuki then asks Victor to provide him training for one more year, reports Christian Today.

A Special Event To Take Place On Apr. 29 At Tokyo Disney Resort

A special event on “Yuri!!! On Ice” Season 2 is going to be held on Apr. 29 this year at the Tokyo Disney Resort. The event is also expected to give more information about the upcoming season and fans are sure to gain something from it.

Apart from it, Geekiary very recently reported that three pop-up shops under the same series' name would be unveiled at Kinokuniya Bookstores on Apr. 29. Kinokuniya Bookstores are located in multiple cities like New York City, San Francisco, and Carrollton, Texas.
