The recent Instagram update from the reality star carries the picture of the date 4-4-17 with the caption "save the date," reports Refinery29. Everyone around was asking what exactly does the wife of Kanye West was suggesting by posting such a message.

The above post was then followed by another one containing "New Drop" as the message. It made everyone wonder whether it was a new collaboration between Kanye West and Kim Kardashian.

However, the Instagram post that followed this one revealed it all. It said Kimoji. It means that the reality star is to unveil her new Kimoji on Apr. 4.

"KUWTK" Star Thinking Of Surrogacy?

The last episode of "Keeping Up With The Kardashians" revealed Kim Kardashian's desire to have a third child. However, she told her family members that to conceive the third time she will have to undergo a repair surgery on her uterus.

In the episode, Kim said that having more kids is going to be a struggle for her, however, she still wants her kids to have siblings and will do everything to make that happen. Kim Kardashian said that after doctors told her that it is not safe to be pregnant again, she and her husband are thinking of looking into other options, reports E! Online.

During their discussion on the last episode, Kourtney Kardashian asked her whether they would be willing to think of surrogacy as one of the options. Kim Kardashian replied that she is definitely leaning towards it after talking to Kanye. According to her, surrogacy was always one of the options for her.
