Bill Cosby Sexual Assault Case Ongoing; Comedian Shrugs Off Accusations

The Bill Cosby sexual assault case has been going on for quite some time now but the comedian seemed to be shrugging the problem away. Get to know more about the case's developments.

According to a report from TMZ, comedian Bill Cosby was spotted laughing in the recent Monday court meeting. The report stated, "Bill Cosby's hanging on to his sense of humor, apparently, as his sexual assault trial gets closer -- 'cause he was laughing it up Monday outside court." He was allegedly seen "chuckling" together with his lawyers when they left the Montgomery Country Courthouse after meeting with the jury about his upcoming trial.

Bill Cosby Sexual Assault Case Continues

The Bill Cosby sexual assault case made headlines when he was dragged to the accusation of Andrea Constand in 2004. Andrea Constand, a former employee, said she was drugged and molested by the comedian years ago.

The Bill Cosby sexual assault case has only been filed in Dec. 2015. Also, the Bill Cosby sexual assault case trial will start early June and will be lasting for two weeks.

In a news report from USA Today,  Bill Cosby's own testimony dated 2006 will be used against him in trial. He said in the deposition that he gives drugs to women he wanted to have sex with and even gave them an aphrodisiac - Spanish fly.

Bill Cosby Sexual Assault Case: Previous Statements To Be Used Against Him

Montgomery County District Attorney Kevin Steele said they will be using it against him despite Cosby's statement that they were just jokes. He said Cosby even made references about it in his 1991 book "Childhood." For his part, Cosby argued that the Quaaludes have been banned for 20 years before he met Andrea Constand.

Another 2015 report revealed that the Bill Cosby sexual assault case does not only involved the former Temple University employee. Bill Cosby was also involved in about 50 women who claimed they were allegedly molested by the comedian, to which the comedian all denied.
