Created by Yuto Shokuda and Shun Saeki, J C Staff adapted the best-selling manga into an anime series. The studio already aired two seasons as of 2016. It follows an eccentric culinary student who uses unconventional methods to become the No. 1 in his school.
In "Feet Planted On The Ground," the manga introduced the huge difference between Soma and Nene's cooking skills. People began to doubt Soma's noodle maker in the beginning. But Nene acknowledged him despite his weird methods.
"Shokugeki No Soma" Season 3 Possible Release Date
There are reports on the upcoming premiere of the third installment of "Shokugeki No Soma." It might air in July similar to the previous schedule, Christian Post wrote.
Season 1 aired on Apr. 2015 while the second season had a July 2016 release date. As for the number of episodes, the outlet also speculates that it might only have 13 episodes. The studio has yet to release the important details about "Shokugeki No Soma" Season 3.

In Chapter 209 "How the Drop-Outs Live" via Manga Stream, Isshiki got another student mad. It happened after he did not remember the opponent's name during the battle. Last time, Soma's rival felt angry over his carefree attitude.
Isshiki will go into a eel cooking battle with Julio Shiratsu. The latter is part of the newest student council under Azami Nakiri and the Central. Know for his Italian cuisine, Julio showcased his Rondo style to the audience.
Julio might have the upper hand since cooking eels is one of the specialties in Italy. The students began to question if Isshiki showed his skills in the past. However, it seems that he got offended when Julio talked about his family.
