Britney Spears showed her fitness routine on Tuesday and shared her workout moves to her fans on Instagram. It just proves how the singer is back on top with her game from the physical and emotional challenges she had faced years before.

The 35-year-old mother of two works hard for her killer body. On the video she posted on Instagram, she can be seen on a workout session with her trainer on a fuse of various weight-focused training exercises.
The "Toxic" singer has always been known for her defined abs and fit body, and she makes sure to show off the fruits of her hard-earned efforts. Recently, she strutted on her social media account asking fans on which dress to wear and lounged on the beach with her yellow bikini.
Aside from her intense workout moves, the singer reveals she would rather be dancing, though. And with her successful performances in Piece of Me held in her Las Vegas residency at The Axis, Planet Hollywood, she would undoubtedly have enough time to do more of what she loves according to the PEOPLE.com.

Fans are happy to see how Britney Spears shows fitness routine and overcomes her past injuries, whether that may be physical or emotional. Throughout the singer's 20-year career, it is inevitable for Britney to go through some ups and downs.
It can be recalled that the singer had a knee injury during a shoot for her music video "Outrageous" in 2004 which she had to undergo a surgery for. Since then, there were times when she has had difficulty in performing her dance moves on stage.
She also went through a rough stage in her life especially in 2007 where she shaved her head and did some iconic antics like being one of the notorious "bad girls" in Hollywood that Britney fans will never forget. But in the end, what matters is how the pop star has moved past that stage already.
