The Weeknd is once again in the limelight and this time, not for his connection with Selena Gomez or his new song or album. Rather, it is for the property which was a major part of his "Starboy" video.

Reports indicated that the real estate is now on sale for $6.3 million. Check out more details below.

According to People, the Caverhill residence where The Weeknd shot his video is now looking for someone to make it a home. The property is intellectually designed and is described in the listing as a living art piece. At present, the property is available with Verna Helbling, Aaron Kirman, and Tim Perry for around $6.3 million.

The Weeknd Video House Attracts A Lot Of Attention

The house has been designed by Studio Pali Fekete Architects and since its completion, has received a lot of attention from the community of designers. It was also given a special place in the Los Angeles Times and featured in "Extreme Homes" on HGTV.

Despite all these highlights, the major fame came when The Weeknd shot his "Starboy" video there. The dark and dangerous music video shows the singer walking and dancing all through the 4,600 sq.ft. of the residence and keeps on smashing glass cabinets filled with a neon cross and awards. Through this particular music video, The Weeknd was trying to give a symbolic effect to his 2016 album and suggest rebirth kind of thing through "Starboy."

Details About The Expensive Property

The house is located in the posh locality of Beverly Hills and is a three-story spread, having fully automated four bedrooms and six bathrooms at three levels report Architectural Digest. The place also includes 1,000 sq.ft. shaded space for indoor as well as outdoor use as well as an infinity pool located on ground level. The home offers expansive views of the beautiful LA landscape.

Apart from The Weeknd album, the house has also featured in commercials for famous brands including Samsung, Range Rover, Microsoft, and Mercedes-Benz.
