"Prison Break" Season 5 Episode 1 Dramatic Grave Scene
Paul Scheuring, the Executive Producer, and creator spoke about the empty grave scene, which turned out to be quite dramatic. The EP explained that they faced "difficulty writing it."
Scheuring did admit that even he found the digging up scene a bit absurd. However, he also added that perhaps that was the only thing Lincoln could do to solve the mystery, Express UK wrote.
Eventually, the EP came to a conclusion that Lincoln's compulsion and torment were much more important than his hesitation as a writer. He decided that they have to do it as viewers need to know.
