Jennifer Lawrence and Amy Schumer, until some time ago were BFFs. It is very rare that you see two funny, successful and strong women, teaming up and also planning to create something. Their friendship started with a jet ski, reports E! Online.

Jennifer Lawrence And Schumer Budding Friendship

Both the girls were photographed together during a jet ski ride, as Lawrence joined Schumer - along with her hometown friends to an epic trip to Hamptons. The whole internet broke down, as the pictures of the two stars together came out on Twitter with the media sources calling the team of the duo with different names, including J Schu, or Summer of Jamy, and so on.

Schumer even revealed on "The Daily Show" that she has become best friends with Jennifer Lawrence and that she is smitten by Lawrence. In the meantime, the girls also announced that they will be writing a screenplay together. They even cruised along the Long Island together and were thought to be trading ideas for coming up with a buddy comedy.

Romance Takes Priority As Friendship Turns Sour?

Well, both Lawrence and Schumer have not been seen together since months and it seems that they have not been seen writing anything about each other on their social accounts. It seems that the trail of their friendship has gone cold and it is quite possible that their busy schedules and new love lives have caused it.

Both Jennifer Lawrence and Amy Schumer continue to pursue their careers and stand out in the lime light whenever needed. The Oscar-winning actress has also been contributing hugely to a humanitarian cause. According to Courier Journal, Lawrence recently wore a "We Should All Be Feminists" white T-shirt to support the cause of feminism.
