"Poldark" Star Aidan Turner touched down at Dublin, to ecstatic fans, who are happy to know that their drama will hit TV screens sooner than expected. Turner, the heartthrob, was photographed recently with Selina Cartmell, the new director of The Gate theater. The star was there to attend Noël Coward's "Private Lives" on its opening night, Irish Independent reported.
Aidan Turner looked dapper in a pair of jeans and accessorized his outfit with a beanie hat for the opening night of the event. This is the start of 90 days run of the show in Dublin. Women of various age-groups from all over the world cannot stop gushing about Turner, courtesy his steamy scenes in "Poldark" series and his sexy Irish accent.
The BBC drama has made Turner a household name and "Poldark" Season 3 is expected to return in June this year. This means there is no possibility of a clash with the hit series "Victoria" on ITV.

Meanwhile, Henry Garrett, a familiar face in the series admitted that he has put his "blood, sweat and tears" to make his Texan character look convincing on screen. This is after there were criticisms from some quarters about his Scottish accent in the hit BBC series, The Irish News wrote.
The actor will be seen along with Pierce Brosnan in a new drama titled "The Son". Previously, his attempts at the Scottish accent in the BBC drama was branded as "weird" by Kaye Adams, while a viewer termed it as "abysmal" last year.
Garrette attended the Los Angeles premiere of "The Son" and said that he took the help of a vocal coach. His coach helped him to overcome the "challenging" new Texan accent needed for his portrayal.
"The Son" premieres on AMC at 9 p.m. on Tuesday, Apr. 18.
