In "What's Inside" (Apr. 6, 2017), the doctors take a new case featuring a tiny fetus. Before starting the operation, the team of specialists from Grey Sloan Medical Hospital has found a problem.

They are not sure if they should allow Maggie to work. She immediately went back to work after her mom passed away. What they did not know is that Maggie wanted them to support her.

Meanwhile, Stephanie finally found out about Isaac's condition after several failed diagnosis. They were about to operate on him when they learned that it was indeed tuberculosis which he got from India.

The upcoming episode is all about Meredith Grey and Nathan Riggs. According to Futon Critic, the two were on the same flight together.

It seems like they will not have a "safe" trip ahead of them. Things will turn for the worst as the plane braves the ongoing turbulence. Is the plane going to crash?

In the last episode, Arizona almost dampened Nathan's spirits with the Derek talk. Meredith confessed that he is not one of the people that she should take care of. However, Nathan said he is ready to make their relationship official.

The episode synopsis reveals that they might address their feelings for each other because of their situation. In the trailer, there was another scene where they got trapped inside the plane's cubicle.
