'Prison Break' Season 5: Special Premiere Date For UK Viewers; Another Season Unlikely
The popular prison drama "Prison Break" had a successful run of four consecutive years. Viewers in the United Kingdom will be glad to know that the premiere date in the country for "Prison Break" Season 5 will be on Apr. 10. Meanwhile, the show creator teased why he has no plans for another season after the current one.

While the drama has already started in the United States, fans in the United Kingdom need not be disappointed. The Sun reported that they can catch the premiere in their country on Monday, Apr. 10.
UK viewers can tune in to FOX UK, which is the Virgin Channel 157 and the Sky Channel 124. FOX UK can be also accessed by the viewers through NOW TV.
For the uninitiated, the story of "Prison Break" revolves around two brothers, Michael Scofield (Wentworth Miller) and Lincoln Burrows (Dominic Purcell). While Miller was born in Britain and has received a nomination in the Golden Globe Awards ceremony for his role in the FOX drama, Purcell grew up in Sydney, Australia. However, the latter is also of British origin.

But, fans were devastated when they learned that the show creator, Paul Scheuring has mentioned that he has no plans of another season after the current one, Express.co.uk wrote. He told an outlet, "I couldn't tell you another story about this group of people. Maybe someone else can or by accident I'll somehow, possibly dream up another prison escape that's new and fresh, but I would bet against it."
