"Winds of Winter" Update: Expectations Before "GoT" Premiere
George R.R. Martin's fifth book in the series is titled "A Dance with Dragons" and the release of its sequel "Winds of Winter" is being awaited impatiently for quite some time now. However, the book is nowhere in sight now though a few years having passed since his last release.
There are some fans of the books who claimed that HBO's television version has certain plots that do not align with the books, Fandom wrote. What is worrying some fans is that there is no official update on "Winds of Winter" for some months now. Will "Game of Thrones" be the culmination of "A Song of Ice and Fire" eventually?
Moreover, many of Martin's fans are worried about the writer's health. They are also a bit apprehensive about his ability to complete the sixth book before "Game of Thrones" premieres on TV screens.
The writer also appears to be tied up with other interesting projects in his hands at present. So, some reports claimed that completing another book after "Winds of Winter" looks less likely as of now. Also, maybe it is high time that fans lower their expectations from the writer and be happy with the tremendous good writings that have come from the author.
