"Scandal" Season 6 continue to heat up, as Huck's life was placed in danger in episode 8. But in the show's episode 9, fans let out a sigh of relief, as he escaped death.

Fans have been experiencing twists and turns since season 6 began with the assassination of president-elect Frankie Vargas. And now, "Scandal" Season 6 gave another surprise when Huck was allegedly killed by his girlfriend.

"Scandal" Season 6: Huck's Not Dead

To recap in episode 8, Huck (Diego Munoz) was shot by his girlfriend Meg and was left bleeding in the latter's car. Meg then pushed the car, which is on the edge of a cliff, and watched it fall into the water, thinking this will hide the evidence, Bustle said in a report.

In Thursday (Apr. 6) night's "Scandal" Season 6 Episode 9, Huck was able to execute his Houdini style and tried to escape from drowning inside the car and swam his way to the shore. Good thing, Olivia (Kerry Washington) and her troops went searching for Huck through tracking on his phone.

They found him unconscious and was immediately brought to the hospital. Though Huck's condition is now stable, the doctor told Olivia that there might be lasting damage, due to the incident.

Aside from Huck's being alive, episode 9 also showed Olivia and Abby's fight. Olivia slapped Abby and said "What did I tell you? Do not cross me again!" A report from TV Line even noted that Olivia and Abby's fight is so much like Quinn lunging on Abby before.

In another scene, Quinn and Charlie were torturing Meg. Quinn even slit Meg's throat. Moreover, Fitz and Olivia sparked romance, as they had a quite time in the hospital.
