Taylor Swift May Be Busy With New Album

Reports indicated that the pop and country music star is currently busy working on a new album. She is currently trying to strategize how her new music should sound and whether to stick to pop or return to her old genre of country music.

The source added that Taylor Swift is currently staying in Nashville, Tennessee so that she can focus properly on her music. Incidentally, she is planning to drop the album at the end of 2017. If it is indeed true, then fans certainly will not mind the singer taking a break from her public appearances.

Taylor Swift Mansion Listed As Historic Landmark

According to Marie Claire, the singer just won a bid to enlist her Beverly Hills mansion as a historic landmark. Taylor Swift made the application for the six-bedroom home, sprawling on 11,000-square foot area in Jan. this year. She has owned the legendary Samuel Goldwyn estate since 2015, having bought it for $25 million.

With the property now a historic landmark, Taylor Swift can possibly get tax-relief for all the renovations she carried out for retaining the aesthetics of her new home. However, right now, she is in Nashville planning her new album and will be back to her Beverly Hills historic home once she confirms her plans.
