Losing 15 lbs, or 6 kg, in just a week is a lot. However, the "Fancy" singer revealed she was able to do so for the rehearsal of her music video that took seven days.

For the intense dance cardio of the singer-rapper, she actually had to take classes from someone she says is very good at it. Iggy even learned how one should be really flexible to twerk that yoga is even suggested to be a twerker, which she spills on a talk on the radio station Nova 96.9.

Because she had to be "skimpily dressed" while dancing for the video, Iggy admits she also went through a meal plan as per the PEOPLE.com. Therefore, at the end of the day, intense activity coupled with a personal meal plan is one effective way to lose weight.

How Iggy Azalea Stays Fit

Iggy Azalea has long been admired by many for her hourglass figure and flat tummy. Despite this, the singer previously revealed that she still struggled with her body image.

There are days when she did not feel confident about herself. However, she saw it as something normal that most people actually experience.

But instead of wallowing in misery, the Aussie rapper worked even harder for her fit physique. The routines she usually did consisted of cardio, squats and lunges.

She also coupled her routines with a balanced diet plan and playing sports like tennis. "The Black Widow" singer also enjoys pushing herself more by increasing intensity of workout challenges.

The Iggy Azalea weight loss plan does not include starving one's self since the female emcee admits she loves to eat. The key is to have a nutritious, yet delicious, meal to keep everything balanced, and of course, twerking to sweat it out.
