How does a day go by for the World's Most Beautiful Woman? The Smartwater ad campaign will let us take a glimpse on a day in the life of Jennifer Aniston, from her fitness routine in the mornings to the glamorous side of nights.

The actress is not new to Smartwater. In fact, she has been with the brand as a spokeswoman for a decade already.

The Smartwater ad campaign shows the mornings of F.R.I.E.N.D.S. star where she goes on a hike with her rescue dog Sophie. Jennifer adopted the pit bull mix along with her husband, Justin Theroux, in 2012.

Together, they went on a canyon hike for their fitness routine. The 48-year-old actress shares she loves and craves her workout sessions and therefore she is always looking for ways to spruce it up, according to PEOPLE.com.

Another shot of the Smartwater ad campaign shows Jennifer Aniston pouring down the sparkling water for her friends on a dinner party. Socializing does more than lifting moods but it could also improve one's mental health.

For the water, the actress emphasizes everyone should be mindful on choosing anything that would go in their bodies. Staying hydrated is just not enough for the actress, apparently, as she would prefer to have water that perfectly suits her needs.

Meanwhile, Jennifer never forgets to bring the Smartwater her during her red carpet appearance. The actress is used to the glitz and glamor and makes sure to have in her hand some liquids whether that be in an interview or on the red carpet.

According to the press release by group director Caroline Kibler, the Smartwater ad campaign featuring Jennifer Aniston celebrates the authentic role of the brand's sparkling water on the actress' life. That is why they wanted to show how Jen moves through different moments of her life both from "relatable and aspirational moments of progress."
