The couple is now ready to make their romance public, reports New Zealand Herald. The source said that the "Dawson's Creek" actress used to be super-worried about getting caught in public with her boyfriend. They have been in an alleged exclusive relationship with each other for almost four years now.

Katie Holmes and Jamie Foxx have been very secretive about their relationship and reports indicated that it is more because of Tom Cruise. The ex-couple settled their divorce in 2012, but according to some sources, the "Mission: Impossible" star included a clause of five years in the agreement. According to the clause, Holmes cannot date anyone publicly for five years from the date of their divorce.
