It seems that there is trouble in paradise for the "Grey's Anatomy" couples, especially for Meredith and Riggs. Read on for more details.

There is no new episode for this week but "Grey's Anatomy" Season 13 will return with Episode 21 "Don't Stop Me Now." Louis Venosta will direct the episode from Andy Reaser's script. It will air on Apr. 27, 2017.

In the last episode of "Grey's Anatomy," Meredith learned that luck is not in her favor but Nathan's. She did not know that they were going to attend the same conference. It was already too late for her to chance their seats.

As a result, she doesn't have a choice but to accept her feelings and Riggs in her dormant heart. The two had a special moment insde the plane's bathroom, where Meredith bravely took the lead. However, things went for the worst when turbulence happened while they were up in the air.

Meredith and Riggs then encountered an emergency situation. One of the passengers might be experiencing some bleeding inside his brain. With the help of Riggs and a dentist, Meredith successfully found a solution by inserting a needle in the victim's brain.

The episode also featured a scene where Meredith reminisced about the traumatic plane crash. However, Riggs praised her courageous move on the plane. He added that she might be scared of being with him because of her memories of Derek.

Since they possibly accepted their feelings for each other, Meredith and Riggs must now face the aftermath of their budding relationship. In the promo trailer, Maggie notices the closeness between the two and it looks like she's not happy with it.

"Don't Stop Now" will also feature various plots regarding the other characters, TV Guide reported. The synopsis says that the other couples will have their own love problems as well.

Bailey and April will help Richard and Catherine as they patch things up. Meanwhile, Eliza will continue in her pursuit for Arizona's affection. The episode will also mark the return of one of Alex's patients.
