Popsugar recently posted a video on their Popsugar Fitness account. The YouTube clip featured the recipe you should follow in order to make your own. However, the steps are a little bit tedious to follow but the final output is jam-packed with vitamins and minerals.

Benefits Of Eating Galaxy Yogurt Bark

According to the clip, there are four layers in the procedure. The list includes the blueberry acai, matcha, pineapple-turmeric, and strawberry layers. Each part contains a lot of nutrients for that the body needs.

Greek yogurt, which is the main star of the galaxy yogurt bark recipe, is full of probiotics, which are the good bacteria inside the digestive system. Both the blueberries and pineapple can aid in the digestion process. The caffeine in matcha green tea powder helps to avoid cellulite while turmeric has its own detoxification properties.

Steps In Making Galaxy Yogurt Bark

The first step is to prepare them pureeing the ingredients separately. 1/4 cup of Greek Yogurt is then added to each layer. The user may also choose to add organic raw honey as the sweetener.

Line the baking tray with parchment paper before adding the slice almonds. Then, spread the Blueberry-Acai mixture and strategically place the remaining colors.

Use a spoon to create the swirls for the galaxy design. After that, top the finished dish with some of the fruits and freeze the entire batch for two hours.
