There are still a few months before the premiere of "Game of Thrones" Season 7 but HBO just released new updates about the show. Check out the details below.

The network recently unveiled the official photos from the upcoming installment of the famed TV series. Now, fans will have the chance to see what the characters have been up to since the last episode.

The new season will pick up after the end of "Game of Thrones" Season 6, which aired last June 26, 2016. Hollywood Reporter shared some details about these images. This is the last update after the release of a short trailer few weeks ago.

The Quest For The Iron Throne

The video featured three characters, who will vie to win the top spot at the Seven Kingdoms. Picking up from the events last year, Cersei, Jon, and Dany - as they walked down the halls towards their chosen paths.

First from the list are the Lannisters. Picking up from the events last year, a possible reunion between Cersei and her brother/lover might take place. This is their latest interaction, since he went away from a mission

It seems like Dany finally had a chance to have an upper hand, since acquiring new allies. In the last clip, viewers saw her at what possibly could be the Dragonstone.

Jon Snow finally arrived in Winterfell, with the addition of his half sister, Sansa. Arya and Bran, on the other hand, are still stuck in different places away from their siblings. The missions of the Stark children are still unknown as of now.

The HBO series will also show the current happenings since the last episode. "Game of Thrones" Season 7 will feature the characters who will join the power trio in their quests for power and respect.

As the battle between the Houses happens, the fate of the entire human race against the White Walkers continues as well. The remaining photos via Spoiler TV also hinted that the other characters are on a mission of finding a solution against these creatures.

"Game of Thrones" Season 7 will return with only seven episodes on HBO. It will air on Sunday, July 16, 2017.
