"Dance Moms" Star, Abby Miller Surgery Update

Miller recently underwent surgery and talked about her experience. She said that she's in pain but it's already bearable. According to her, she is now on a strict liquid meal plan while recuperating.

Prior to her operation, Miller stated the reason why she opted for an operation. It was all because of getting a killer body as a form of revenge towards her bashers. She also claimed that the "Dance Moms" producers caused her to become "overweight."

The former coach also pointed out that she felt someone else controlled her life during the seven-year run of the series. However, she added that she's feeling positive about her experience.

"I think this is a good thing, and hopefully I'll be in the best shape of my life," Miller told ET Online. "That's what I'm looking for."

"Dance Moms" Coach As The Next Mama June?

Last Mar., the feisty dance instructor left the series, following reports about creative differences and alleged abuse between her and the producers. Cheryl Burke replaced her as the host and mentor for the girls.

Despite the issues, Miller is not closing her doors for other opportunities on TV. The 50-year-old reality star talked about the transformation of the "Here Comes Honey Boo-Boo" cast member, June Shannon AKA Mama June.

Miller said that she's willing to have her own show similar to Mama June. She added, "She still sounds the same, though. Was that not nice? I tried to say that nicely."

What Is Gastric Sleeve Surgery?

Dr. Michael Russo at the Smart Dimensions Surgical Center performed the 45-minute medical procedure on Miller. It makes the stomach smaller which may aid in losing more weight.

This is an alternative surgery for people who are not candidates for the gastric bypass. According to WebMD, it trims down the stomach by 80 percent. The said operation will then make a banana-sized "sleeve" that only stores enough food without feeling full.

That's it for the latest news about "Dance Moms" star, Abby Lee Miller and her surgery. Stay tuned for more updates.
