Global fans have been eagerly waiting for “Poldark” Season 3 for a long period now. Although, they have faith that creator, Debbie Horsfield would announce the release date sooner.

Now, there is still no official confirmation on its release date. But Horsfield recently hinted at a plot twist that the series will have its premiere in June 2017.

Debbie Horsfield Teases More Details About “Poldark” Season 3

Horsfield has hinted that Ross Poldark, played by Aidan Turner in “Poldark” Season 3 might not be the father of Elizabeth Poldark Warleggan’s (Heida Reed) child. It was initially believed that Elizabeth might have gotten pregnant due her intimate moments shared with Ross in the previous season. But now, it seems that his relationship with Elizabeth yielded no result - as far as his marriage problem with his wife, Demelza Poldark (Eleanor Tomlinson) is concerned, as reported by Econo Times.

“The books are really ambiguous about it and while we may wish it to be – certainly for drama – it makes it more interesting, the book is not clear and we are not saying at this stage either,” Debbie Horsfield said about “Poldark” Season 3.

A part of the plot goes like Aidan Turner’s character, Ross and his wife Demelza struggles with marriage issues, after she discovered her husband’s unethical relationship with Elizabeth. It took some extra time for her to forgive him as she could realize that his (Ross’) heart always beats for her.

Horsfield commented on this,  aying that she does not think that Poldark Ross (Aidan Turner) and Demelza had any discussion. She personally feels that it is something they steer clear off.

Will “Poldark” Star Aidan Turner Replace Daniel Craig And Play James Bond?

On the other hand, Celebeat reported that the search for the next James Bond is still not over and “Poldark” star, Aidan Turner is on the top contenders’ list. However, a possibility for the 33-year Turner is that he can replace Daniel Craig for the role of James Bond.

Now, nothing is confirmed on this part. But we are sure that Turner's impending opportunity for playing the role of James Bond will surely have some impact on “Poldark” Season 3. Stay tuned for more updates.
