5 Foods Proven to Enhance Your Eyes
Technology eludes everyone, including children of age as early as five and six years. Spending more time in front of the screen is intimidating but as a side effect they also increase chances of developing vision problems.

Here are some diets that you should include in your kid's diet to protect their eyesights.
1. Sweet potatoes
Sweet potatoes not only ensure better healthy vision but also help eyes to adjust to low levels of light. You can add these to a baked dish or dish out sweet potato wedges for your kid.
2. Spinach
Spinach contains nutrients that act like a sunscreen. It contains nutrients that absorb 40 to 90% of blue light intensity. If spinach is not easily available you can also consider other leafy greens like kale and lettuce in your kid's diet.
3. Carrots
Carrots are rich in beta carotene - an antioxidant that helps reduce risk of macular degeneration. Carrots are one of the most recommended addition for improving eyesight.
4. Almonds
Study shows a handful of almonds can provide about half your daily dose of vitamin E, another important addition for healthy vision.
5. Blueberries
Blueberries strengthen blood vessels in the back of the eyes. If your kids don't like blueberries, try serving them blueberry smoothie instead.
