Video: Clumsy And Cute Baby Elephant Plays With Orphaned Mother

Last month, orphan elephant Wendy got a new baby---and they have a roaring relationship which is both clumsy as well as cute, according to HNGN.

The birth of a baby elephant is great news for conservationists, who are trying to increase the strength of the species.

When she was a baby, Wendy was left on her own by her herd, and was found in a lonely condition in the woods where she had been abandoned. Members of David Sheldrick Wildlife Trust (DSWT) Orphan's Project adopted and raised her, although she missed a lot of a normal elephant's life.

As a grown elephant she joined Kenya's Tsavo National Parks, among the world's biggest national parks. She became part of a herd in the abundant forests.

This month, she has already become a proud mother, and paid a call to her old friends at DSWT  in order to introduce them to her baby, according to The Dodo. The baby was a cute, clumsy calf that tried to keep up with the bigger elephants, but could not reach out for milk due to her short height. She could not even flip her big ears.

Watch her in action in the video below.
