It has become very crucial to monitor the internet traffic and activity to understand the success and failures of many businesses that function online. Accoriding to the research firm, SimilarWeb, Bernie Sanders gets the most traffic compared to all the other candidates combines. However, even then he lags behind Hillary Clinton in polls by 20 points. When the data of ESPN.com was analyzed, it was reported that seven of the top 10 most viewed topics were about the fantasy sports that shows a decline of interest in the professional sports, as reported by Forbes.

An interesting statistic was revealed earlier this week when Pornhub announced that there has been a 10% drop in its traffic ever since the famous game, Fallout 4, came out. By using the anonymous affinity profiles from Google analytics, it was seen that the biggest decline was witnessed between hours of 6 AM and Noon and then the evening of 6 PM and 10 PM when it was safe to assume that the gamers were just getting ready for their gaming expedition, says Forbes.

The post-apocalyptic game has been one of the most sought after game releases this year, so much so, that the eager fans also planned a day off from work so that they can spend an entire day playing the game. Pornhub statistics show that it took their mind away from "other" activities too. Corey Price, Vice President of Pornhub told Gamesbeat, "We can't say we're too surprised with what happened to our traffic during peak gaming hours." The company that makes the Fallout series, Bethesda, said it has already shipped about 12 million copies of the game on the first day itself. The revenue earned by the company on the first day was bout $750 million making it one of the biggest releases ever, reports Quartz.
