GTA VI: Release Date, Rumors: Eva Mendes to be Featured as Female Protagonist
There are many rumors that are circulating around the release of GTA VI that is keeping the interest levels of the fans really high. However, Rockstar, the game developer, has not released any official information which is making things very confusing. According to the latest rumors, GTA VI is all set to hit the markets in 2018, five years after the release of its predecessor. As reported by Neurogadget, Ryan Gosling may be the voice behind the main character. Gosling's real life partner, Eva Mendes is rumored to be the female protagonist, reports Yibalda
Dan Houser, co-author of nearly all the GTA titles, said in an interview that a female protagonist in GTA V did not feel right. However, he also clarified that the company is not opposed to the idea of commencing a female lead in the new series. Houser said, "In the future, could we do a game with a lead female character? Of course, we just haven't found the right game for it yet, but it's one of the things we always think about."
Another recent GTA 6 update revealed that there could be a bigger map in the game that the analysts will include in this version of the game. There are even speculations that the map might involve entire United States, according to N4BB
According to Value Walk, there may even be a possibility of teleportation in the as the gameplay is expected to become larger, which could take players days and even weeks to get from one place to another. While teleportation seems like a viable possibility, it is not known how it will be woven into the game as it uses real actions and travel to move around.
